RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

  • We offer a 2-day return window, which means you can request a return within 2 days of receiving your item.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Innerwear, accessories, or customized products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Important Note for Damaged / Wrong Products

  • In case of a wrong item, damaged, or defective product, a clear unboxing video is mandatory.

  • The video should be recorded from the moment of opening the package and must clearly show the issue.

  • Claims without an unboxing video may not be accepted.

Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • Only size exchanges are allowed for the same product.

  • Customers are responsible for reverse shipping charges, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Exchange products will be delivered within 4 to 5 days
