We currently ship only within India. All orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹99 COD charges applicable
Shipping charges, if any, will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email to monitor your shipment status.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for selected pin codes only. EKMAIKA reserves the right to disable COD for certain locations or orders.
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will attempt delivery up to two times. If the delivery fails due to customer unavailability or incorrect address, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate. EKMAIKA will not be responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
Damaged or Tampered Packages
If you receive a package that appears damaged or tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately at support@ekmaika.com.
Undelivered or Returned Orders
If an order is returned to us due to refusal, incorrect address, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the refund (if applicable) will be processed after deducting shipping and handling charges.
